What to do when a referee is not available for a North Antrim fixture

If a referee is not available to referee a match then the teams need to:

 

   •   Ask around to see if there is a neutral official ref present or nearby to referee the game

 

   •   If the above is no then the teams can nominate a referee associated with their club to referee, if both teams have official refs it goes to a toss to see who will referee

 

   •   If there are no official referees then the clubs toss to see which clubs mentors will referee the match.  In this last case the mentor is now the official referee covered by insurance, ability to caution players, etc.  They will need to fill out the match report for score, incidents in full, any injuries, etc. and then send it into North Antrim, or bring it to next North Antrim meeting
