North Antrim School of Excellence Squads out one last time

Saturday past had our North Antrim School of Excellence U10, U11, U12 and U13 squads out one last time across Dunloy, Glenariffe, Loughguile and Ballycastle.  The theme this time was ‘Hooking and Blocking’ and as you can see from the photos there was plenty of this happening at the U11 session in Glenariffe and I imagine the same across the other venues.

 

U10’s where being coached by Sean McIlhatten and coaches from Dunloy
U11’s where being coached by Johnny McIntosh and coaches from Glenariffe
U12’s where being coached by coaches from Loughguile
U13’s where being coached by Neal McAuley and coaches from Ballycastle

 

This was the last training session in preparation for the North Antrim Weekend of Hurling and North Antrim would like to thank all the county coaches, club coaches, clubs, players and parents for helping to give our young players what they need to compete in that weekend amongst the teams coming up from the south.

  

Well done everyone and roll on the North Antrim weekend of Hurling on Saturday 15th / Sunday 16th August.  Please note a full programme of events for this weekend will be made available before then.
