North Antrim Festival Of Hurling 'Whats Happening'

Just some information in terms of the "North Antrim Festival Of Hurling". I hope I have got most clubs covered but please pass this on to your contacts.


Date:  Saturday 15th & Sunday 16th August


Times

 

4:00pm - 7:00pm Saturday (Matches)
10:00am - 11:30am Sunday (Training - all clubs & the coaches will mix together)

12:00pm - 2:00pm Sunday (Matches)


If lads do not attend the training sessions (for whatever reason) - they cannot expect to get a starting place on the teams at the Blitz


Training sessions this Saturday & also Saturday 26th.


This Saturday the venues are as follows (9:45am - 11:30am)


Under 10 Glenariffe / Under 11 Ballycastle / Under 12 Dunloy & U13 Loughguile


For the Festival:


Under 10s & Under 11s


Here we play 12 a-side & have 4 teams. For the Blitz we will mix these lads up & have 3 equal ability teams 12 a side.


Under 12s & Under 13s.


We have a panel of our best 48 or so Hurlers from all our clubs in North Antrim - who attended a trial in April. We will have 2 teams (15 a side) for each age group in the Blitz.
