North Antrim Festival of Hurling 2016 - Update / Fixtures

Due to the success of last year the North Antrim Festival of Hurling returns once again taking place on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th August. Teams have been invited from all around Ireland (North and South) for the 2-day event.
With the numbers and teams in attendance the event has been spit across 4 venues, namely Loughgiel, Armoy, Ballycastle and Dunloy.
Saturday will see all the games commence from 4pm to 7pm approx. with BBQ for all player’s after. Sunday will be semi-final day in each of the venues after which all teams will then travel to McQuillans, Ballycastle for Parade of all participating teams and Finals of each age group with the U13s competing for the Arthur Forsythe Cup.
There is a huge amount of Hurling and entertainment happening over the festival weekend and North Antrim would encourage as many as possible to attend each of the venues over the 2-day event and welcome our guests from around Ireland to the Glens of Antrim.

1:00pm: Parade of all participating teams in McQuillans GAC, Ballycastle prior to the finals

Arrival on Saturday
Clubs should aim to reach the following venues at 1:00pm / 2:00pm on the Saturday where they will be given refreshments on arrival & will be taken to their accommodation:
O'Loughlin Gaels will go to the Ossians GAC grounds in Waterfoot (217 Garron Road, Waterfoot) and then be taken to Kilmore House.
