Coaching Winning Possession & Striking in Hurling (Focus for Youth & Adult Coaches)

Below are the details for the upcoming Winter Hurling CDP program


We are trying to spread our workshops in order to allow any coach from any club to attend.  If you happen to miss one workshop you should be able to pick it up at another night/ or another Venue.

 

This is an Outdoor Workshop which will focus on how to coach the skills of gaining possession, mainly first touch, and positioning of your body, it will also provide different games which you can use. 

 

The second part of the workshop will focus on how to coach the skills of Striking, looking at foot placement and technique.  It will show how to develop this via games
